"I had Kyle come out in Sept of 2020 to upgrade all the outlets and electrical box. Once that was done, we finally went ahead with our kitchen reno and it was at this point that I called him back to upgrade the kitchen outlets, etc. Even though it had been more than a year since he came out he was courteous, prompt and as professional as I remembered him to be. He updated the outlets as well as ordered undermount lights for us, which he installed mid-Dec. Unfortunately one set didn't work so at this point we had to leave it till after the holidays but he reached out to me shortly thereafter to set a new date and it was done quickly as well as getting a surge protector installed. Cleaned up and all done! We can now enjoy beautiful (and bright!!) lighting in the kitchen and know that all our electrical is safe and ESA approved! Again, I highly recommend Kyle (Duke of York Electric) for all your electrical upgrades."

"Working with Kyle was pleasant from the moment we connected. I immediately noticed his professionalism and felt that the quote he gave us was very reasonable. He installed an outdoor outlet receptacle for us and it's been working out very well. He also cleaned up nicely after he did all the work! Which I really appreciated. I've heard before of contractors who leave a mess, but Duke of York Electric is not at all like that.
What I particularly liked about working with Kyle was how patient he was in answering all my questions and explaining everything he was going to do and how it works. His communication was fantastic, and he did a great job. I'm no electrical expert, so hiring someone I could trust was of utmost importance. If you hire him, you won't be disappointed. But after a quick phone call, you'll just know what I mean. 10/10 would hire him again and recommend him to others."

"Needed lights installed, GFI outlets installed pot-lights fixed. Kyle responded quickly as job was urgent. I found he worked quickly and got the job done on time. He went out of his way to get the parts required and thereby avoided us replacing a complete set of pot-lights."
