"Kyle was great from first contact by email to the handshake on the porch as he departed, leaving behind a job well done. What made it great to work with him was his clear communication, including making sure all the way along that we were understanding one another. He worked quickly and cleanly, honoured his quote, and ultimately saved me the trouble of needing to call a drywaller to patch up after him—while making sure I understood why it was possible to do that in this case and might not be in another situation. I appreciate getting a bit of education from a tradesperson."
