"Had some issues with some outlets and my breaker panel, Kyle gave me a call, did some early troubleshooting over the phone, gave me detailed information on what the issues might be and what cost range I'd be looking to get it fixed to set my expectations.
Came out, did a full walk through, confirmed the level of work that would be done, suggested some fixes and explained in detail what they would be and why it's important.
Completed the changes and fixes promptly, educated me through out the process so I could better understand the electrical system in my home.

"Friendly and punctual. We had an electrical outlet installed under our kitchen sink for a tankless RO water unit. Kyle gave a detailed explanation of the work, including options for us to consider. We will definitely contact Kyle again if we need an electrician."
